Meet Our Team

Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a Specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. Currently she and her husband, Steve, reside in Raleigh, NC with their sweet son Grayson.



Hannah is passionate about the transformative role that healthy, Christ-centered families play in shaping individuals, communities, and society. Her background in youth mentorship, faith-based leadership, and relationship-focused ministry has cultivated in her a deep desire to support families as they pursue wholeness, healing, and spiritual growth. Through experiences with Young Life, Camp Willow Run, and various leadership roles, Hannah has developed strong skills in empathy, active listening, crisis management, and building safe, encouraging environments.
Hannah is grateful for the opportunity to serve at Foundation Restoration and is excited to contribute to its mission of helping individuals and families thrive.
Our Board

Jordanna and her husband share 3 children and are committed to raising each of them with love and knowledge of Jesus Christ. In her spare time, Jordanna enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, walking around her
neighborhood, swimming and fellowship each week.
Jordanna is excited to bring her love for Jesus and belief in strong marriages and families to Foundation Restoration.
Clinicians

Desiree is committed to walking alongside teens, adults, couples, and families through life’s challenges, using evidence-based interventions within a biblical framework. She is devoted to helping people not only feel better, but truly get better- whether they are navigating relational distress, working through trauma, coping with grief and loss, or adjusting to significant life changes. Meeting people where they are with empathy, non-judgement, and a holistic, systems-oriented perspective, Desiree collaborates with each person, couple, or family to develop a plan that supports meaningful movement toward their goals. Her areas of focus also include anxiety, depression, identity and self-esteem concerns, spiritual formation, communication, family conflict, and dementia care. Her heart is to compassionately help those she works with move through the discomfort that often accompanies growth so they can live the life God intends for them.
Desiree lives in Wake Forest with her husband, Steve, and their playful border collie, Buckie. They are newly empty nesters, as their two adult daughters both attend NC State University. In her free time, Desiree enjoys gardening, cooking, reading, dancing, and spending time with her husband and family, especially in the beautiful NC mountains.

Mary Brannan has a passion for helping others see that there is hope no matter the situation. Looking at our struggles through a systematic lens allows for a fuller and deeper healing for every individual. Mary Brannan believes that with a healthy marriage comes a healthy family and a healthy community. She enjoys assisting couples and families become a strong unit together. Her areas of focus are premartial, martial, individuals, families, and adolescents (middle to high school) working through anxiety, depression, ADHD, marital conflict, family issues, communication, postpartum, trauma, life transitions, and grief.
Mary Brannan lives in Raleigh with her husband, Tim and three kids, ages 6 and 4 year old twins! She enjoys reading a variety of books and loves to swim.

Lea is passionate about counseling children and supporting families as they work through struggles and circumstances such as divorce, adoption, and/or grief. Her desire is to be an advocate for family unity and an encourager for hope.
Lea believes in the importance of mental health awareness and creating positive relationships within families even through the toughest of times. She also specializes in artistic approaches to therapy for children, teens, as well as adults.

Erin believes in fostering a person-centered approach to counseling since we as humans were created to be in relationship with much healing coming through relationships, including the counseling relationship. She seeks to get to know her clients well and to genuinely equip her clients to heal and grow in the counseling setting and beyond.
As an adoptive mom herself, Erin has a particular passion for working with parents of foster and adoptive children with high needs. She hopes to begin facilitating groups to bring others together experiencing similar challenges or journeys. She also has an interest in incorporating somatic work to release and heal the trauma and pain that are often stored in the body. Erin also utilizes skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems Theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She is a certified facilitator for the SYMBIS Assessment, a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and the American Counseling Association.
Erin lives in Apex with her husband Greg and 3 of her 4 children (18, 16, 13, and 9), three cats, and two dogs. In her spare time (ha!) Erin loves volunteering with worship at her church, practicing hospitality, crafting, reading, watching a good movie, and playing with her plants.

Sydney primarily integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Attachment Theory in her work with clients. She is trained in trauma-informed care and is a certified facilitator of the SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) Assessment, which supports couples in building a Christ-centered foundation for marriage.
Sydney feels deeply called by the Lord to the work of therapy and considers it a privilege to walk alongside others in their healing journey. She is passionate about creating a therapeutic space that is empathetic, non-judgmental, and rooted in grace and truth. Sydney believes that the therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change. She seeks to foster a strong connection with her clients, trusting that through that relationship healing, hope, and restoration can occur.
Sydney enjoys working with adolescents (ages 13+), adults (men and women), and couples. She has particular interest and experience in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, the challenges of motherhood and the postpartum transition, marital and relational issues, premarital counseling, and grief. When appropriate and desired by the client, Sydney is glad to integrate Christian faith into the counseling process as a source of strength, identity, and healing.
Sydney lives in Butner, NC with her husband, Hunter, and their two young children. In her free time, she enjoys serving at her local church and spending quality time with family and friends.

Ashley is the Founder and CEO of Foundation Restoration, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which offers a wide range of resources committed to helping relationships thrive. Believing that marriage is the foundation of society, she passionately utilizes her non-profit, therapy, speaking engagements, and writing to prepare, nurture, salvage, and encourage healthy, strong marriages from a biblical perspective. Her past experience includes partnering with Moody Publishers and Dr. Gary Chapman as Managing Editor to launch and develop a website focused on premarital preparation.
Her areas of focus include premarital, marital, and individual therapy working through life transitions, relational issues, personal growth, boundaries, restoration, depression, and anxiety. She is certified as a Prepare & Enrich Facilitator, SYMBIS Facilitator, and is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors as well as the AACC Marriage & Family Division. She has completed Level 1 Gottman Training.
Ashley loves connecting with, helping, and encouraging people professionally and personally. Her heart is to support those hurting and help them to feel understood, cared for, and hopeful on their path to healing. Ashley and her husband Steve live in Raleigh and have a precious and lively son that keeps them busy.

Coleen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with a background in Journalism and Media Art from Westminster College. She has also received training in Pastoral Leadership from Hillsong International Leadership College and is pursuing her Master’s degree in Pastoral Care and Counseling.
