Ash and I recently joined the food truck craze.  For those of you that aren’t aware, the food truck renaissance is on.  They have traded in their greasy spoon, not-so-clean reputation for have-to-have status.  Lines run longer than city blocks for the opportunity to dine at these motorized eateries. Food
